Bell 505 Jet Ranger X
The Bell 505 Jet Ranger is a 5-seater (4 passengers and 1 pilot), and is equipped with a single-engine turbine engine. The turbine delivers approximately 451 SHP.
The Bell 505 has 2 rotor blades. This helicopter model is the successor to the legendary Bell 206 Jet Ranger, probably the most commercially successful civil helicopter. The Bell originates from Louisiana, USA.
Cruise speed is about 120 knots, with a range of 600 km and a payload of approximately 700 kg. The latest Bell helicopters with a Turbomeca Arrius 2R engine are equipped with a fully autonomous turbine control (FADEC). The next-generation glass cockpit is integrated with Garmin 1000.
